#Championsleague : Juventus trashed Real Madrid with a 2-1 home win

Real Madrid's quest to become the first team to successfully defend the Champions League title is in
severe jeopardy.

The 10 times champion was
beaten 2-1 in the first leg of its semifinal tie by Juventus in Turin.

Alvaro Morata, the former Real player, fired Juventus ahead after just eight minutes as the Italian
champion made a rapid start. Morata, who left Real in July 2014 after agreeing a move costing
around $24 million, tapped home at the far post after Carlos
Tevez's initial effort had only been parried.

Cristiano Ronaldo leveled by heading home his 54th goal of the season to ensure Real claimed a
crucial away goal.

Juventus player Tevez netted from the penalty spot after he was brought
down by Dani Carvajal.

Up Juventus!!
