Why is Manny Pacquiao selling his beautiful house?

Manny Estate

After losing to Floyd Mayweather Jr. in what was billed as “The Fight of the Century” in Las Vegas, Manny Pacquiao is headed back into a different ring — the real estate ring.

Pacquiao recently re-listed his Mediterranean-style villa in Los Angeles for $2.7 million.
The five-bedroom estate in LA’s Hancock Park area was originally listed in August 2013 with the same $2.7 million price tag. It was taken off the market late in 2014 and just popped back onto the market this week.
The home’s stucco fa├žade, clay tile roof and balconies are typical of the Mediterranean-style homes that are popular in the area. But step inside and you’ll see that the home’s interiors are all modern. See Photos inside
